Thriving with Lymphedema

The National Lymphedema Network works to empower people who have lymphedema live to the fullest and be their best. We have a series of initiatives to achieve this. Our first occurred at the 2017 NLN Conference, where we had a fashion show to showcase the garments of our Marilyn Westbrook Garment Fund sponsors. We invited anyone and everyone, including patients with lymphedema to participate, and it was a great success (look out for the video soon). The message was simple and clear - that it’s all about confidence.

Our next initiative will be a photoshoot of, again, anyone and everyone who would like to promote awareness of lymphedema. As a small token of our gratitude for your participation, complimentary garments will be provided.

The photo shoot took place Sunday, November 11, 2018. We will look for the ideal forum to showcase the amazing photos that we captured of the “super”models.
