Kristy Blair
Director of Membership & Industry Engagement
Kristy Blair, PT, MSPT, DPT, CLT-LANA graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Physical Therapy. She continued her education, obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mass General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. She began her career in orthopedics and sports medicine has continued to work primarily in the outpatient physical therapy settings. For the past 10 years she has been dedicated to oncology rehabilitation, treating patients with lymphedema and other swelling disorders. Kristy has been honored to participate as a Committee Member for the NLN Garment Program 2013-2020.
Jennifer Williams
Director of Clinical Education
Jennifer Williams, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2004. She furthered her education by obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy while serving as an assistant instructor at Franklin Pierce University in 2009. Passionate about lymphedema care, Jennifer pursued certification from Klose Training in 2014 while working in acute care.
Jennifer's diverse experience spans acute care inpatient, home health, subacute rehab, and most recently, outpatient clinics. Her professional interests focus on treating lymphedema and breast cancer treatment-related impairments. She established a lymphedema support group for the local community and received a service award from the hospital for “supporting our diverse community” through her efforts with the support group and educational initiatives within the hospital system and community.
In 2020, Jennifer joined the National Lymphedema Network as the Continuing Education Manager and currently serves as the Director of Clinical Education. She is dedicated to supporting lymphatic clinicians by providing quality continuing education and resources for the community about lymphatic disease.
Elissa Fiorito
Garment Program Manager
Elissa is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1997 with a BS in OT. She received her initial lymphedema certification from Klose Norton Training and Consulting in 2001. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience working with patients with lymphedema of all ages and various presentations. She has also done some assistant teaching over the years with the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy.
Elissa is married and has 3 wonderful children that keep her on her toes! Elissa has been with the National Lymphedema Network’s Garment Program since its inception and enjoys being able to give her time and expertise to the lymphology community.
