Beginning in 2026, all Sponsor Series webinars will be scheduled on Tuesdays at either 12:00 PM or 7:00 PM ET. This consistent cadence will streamline marketing efforts and provide our community with a reliable schedule for engaging with sponsor-led content.
Webinars are recorded live and made available on NLN’s on-demand resource page and YouTube page for ongoing public access. Registration is free and open to all, with required sign-up providing sponsors access to the registrant list post-event.
To maximize reach, NLN manages all marketing efforts, including promotion across NLN’s social media channels. Sponsors will be tagged in posts and are encouraged to repost the event across their own platforms to amplify visibility.
Webinar Submission Timeline and Process
- 60 Days Before Webinar Date - Sponsor Webinar Series Submission Form due, which includes the title, brief description, and speaker name(s) and contact information.
- 45 Days Before Webinar Date - Speaker(s) Intake Form due, which includes professional headshot, bio, and acknowledgement of NLN policies.
Following confirmation, an NLN representative will reach out with next steps to activate your marketing within the community.
