Join us for a paired educational experience designed to strengthen both clinical practice and patient support. We begin with evidence‑informed approaches to improving CDT adherence, followed by an exploration of systemic and individual barriers that impact equitable treatment. Participants will leave with actionable insights to enhance outcomes across diverse patient populations.

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Analyze common factors contributing to patient non‑compliance and formulate strategies to improve engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
  2. Develop and implement individualized management approaches by applying clinical reasoning to address each patient’s specific presentation, needs, and barriers.
  3. Distinguish barriers of CDT on individual, organizational, or systematic levels.
  4. Prescribe modified interventions to patients who are unable to achieve true CDT to maximize health outcomes.
