AbsoYOGAlutely

We’ve always been proud of our dedication to the lymphedema community.  We created AbsoYOGAlutely within our state-of-the art headquarters in Chicago to offer Lymphatic & Restorative Yoga.  We focus on deep breathing, meditation and a gentle approach for several poses to allow gravity to act on the lymphatic system. Decreasing stress increases lymphatic flow with benefits that include increased range of motion, flexibility and muscle strength.  You will also experience a reduction in edema and pain.  Come join us for VIRTUAL YOGA.
