PART 1 - Please read carefully.

Learning objectives define the specific goals you aim for attendees to achieve by the conclusion of your presentation, outlining what they should know, understand, or be able to do.  Recommendations:

• Lecture or Panel: 1-2 objectives at most
• In-Person Skills Labs: at least 3 objectives depending on your content, how the information is demonstrated, and the amount of time you are alloted.

Start the objective with: "At the end of the session, participants will be able to".  Follow the instructions in the presentation guide for creating clear, specific, and measurable learning outcomes using Bloom's Taxonomy. *If you are delivering more than one presentation, kindly list all learning objectives here, clearly organizing them by session.

How to Assess Learning of Material

LECTURE PRESENTATIONS:  Provide one quiz question PER objective that will demonstrate the attendee has met that objective.  Please provide the answers for all quiz questions. For multiple-choice questions, please include all answer options and clearly indicate the correct choice.

IN-PERSON SKILLS LAB: Write specific criteria for demonstrating appropriate competency of the objective to demonstrate learning of that objective.
