From Certification to Clinical Confidence:
Thriving in Your First Year as a Lymphedema Therapist

While training builds a strong foundation, real-world patient care often requires confident decision-making and adaptability. This webinar supports therapists in their first year as they navigate treatment uncertainty, impostor syndrome, complex cases, and evolving clinical settings. Drawing on over a decade of home health and outpatient experience, Brian will share practical frameworks to strengthen clinical reasoning, confidently apply Complete Decongestive Therapy principles, and create sustainable, patient-centered outcomes. Attendees will gain clearer decision-making skills, increased confidence with complex patients, and strategies for long-term professional growth.
